Well, we have been a little lax on the posts and we truly apologize. We will explain SOON…some very exciting happenings over here…(and NO we are NOT preggers…LOL!!!) in the meantime, here is an adorably sweet 1st birthday by our adorable and talented friend Heidi and her lil’ mama Elle’s party.

Heidi wanted us to create an invite in PINK & GRAY with an “E” for Elle and an elephant theme and here is what we cam up with…

Well, when I first found out I was pregnant I was convinced my 3rd baby was going to be a GIRL…well, not so much. I even purchased girly bedding in hopes of designing THIS nursery inspiration I posted on Project Nursery.

This inspiration board was designed around this baby bedding by Banana Fish…dreamy!

This clearly would not fit the bill for a boy so back to the store it went. BUT…lucky me, I inspired one of my dear friends who was having a girl and this bedding made its way back into my life. This sweet bedding not only was her pick for her new nursery but it also set the inspiration for her baby shower. Here is what we came up with~

Real Parties… Classic Red and Green Holiday

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is less than two weeks away! Every year it seams to sneak up on me and even with the plan to prepare ahead of time, it never fails I’m always rushing last minute to do my holiday planning and shopping. A little over a week ago we designed a Fun Classic Red and Green collection for a Holiday party given by my sister-in-law. We quickly threw together a fun little dessert table and here’s how it turned out…..

Some of the desserts included these yummy red velvet cupcakes topped with cream cheese frosting and candy cane sprinkles.

And these adorable marshmallows pops that were covered in confetti sprinkles and as an alternative to the traditional lollipop sticks… super cute red and white paper straws from SOFIES BIG DAY.

Tomorrow is my little dude’s 2nd birthday and I can’t believe one year ago I was planning his very FIRST party!! Remember this from last year?

This was such a fun theme to put together…we will re-post some photos tomorrow of his party but in the meantime we wanted to share a girly take on this ever-so-popular theme!

We have been a HUGE fan of the multi-faceted talent of Glory from Glorious Treats. So when Glory contact us and wanted a pink & purple version of this invite, we were beyond thrilled to design it for her and see how this amazing chick would work her magic!! Here is are some pics she sent over from the “Pink & Purple Penguin Party” she threw for her girls. Look at these cookies!!!
